At Elenni Store we are committed to offering a carefully curated selection of premium bathroom products. We want every customer to feel confident and delighted with their purchase. If you change your mind after receiving your order we offer returns or exchanges within thirty days of delivery or pickup subject to the terms below.

Change of Mind Returns

Returns Procedure

Step One
Please contact our customer care team at customerservice@elenni.com.au and include your order reference together with the details of the items you wish to return.

Step Two
You may return your products at your own expense to

Step Three
All returned items must be received within thirty days from the date of delivery or pickup.

Step Four
Once the return arrives our team will assess the item to ensure it remains in original undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition.

Step Five
If the return is approved we will process the refund within seven days to the original payment method.

Terms and Conditions

A restocking fee of twenty percent applies to all change of mind returns.
Delivery and freight costs are not refundable.

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances
Made to Order Cabinets and Mirrors
Tops requiring drilling or cutting
Shower Screen Glass
Special Order items
Floor Wastes
Domus Shower Floors
Clearance items

Items that are damaged not in original packaging or no longer in a saleable condition cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for organising paying for and tracking the return delivery including any transit insurance.

Order Cancellations

Standard orders may be cancelled within five business days of payment.

The following items can only be cancelled within twenty four hours
Made to Order Cabinets and Mirrors
Tops requiring drilling or cutting
Domus Shower Floors

The following items cannot be cancelled
Special Order items
Clearance items

Damaged or Missing Products

If any product arrives damaged or if an item is missing please contact us immediately at customerservice@elenni.com.au or call 07 3209 9644.

To be eligible for a replacement you must notify Elenni Store within two days of receiving the goods. Claims made after this time cannot be accepted.

Please ensure all items are received in full and inspected before booking any trades. Elenni Store is not responsible for delays or costs relating to contractors if an issue is identified after installation is scheduled. If a replacement is required and stock is unavailable standard lead times and fees may apply. We will always do our best to assist as quickly as possible.

Faulty Products and Warranty

All products purchased from Elenni Store are supported by the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Products become the customers responsibility once received. Please check all items for defects prior to installation.

We are unable to accept returns for items that have been installed or for faults that arise from improper or unlicensed installation. All products must be installed by appropriately licensed tradespeople in accordance with all Australian Standards and Building Codes.

If a warranty claim is accepted we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. For further details please refer to the individual manufacturer warranty information.
