At Elenni Store we take great care to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition. Our shipping process is designed to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience from our showroom to your home.

Processing Time
Orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment has been received. Standard processing times range from one to three business days. Custom or special order items may require additional time based on manufacturer lead times.

Delivery
We work with trusted carriers to deliver your products across Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the nature of the items ordered. Large or fragile items may require specialised freight services which will be arranged at the time of purchase.

Delivery Requirements
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods. If redelivery is required additional fees may apply. Once delivered products become the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection on Delivery
We recommend inspecting all products upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported to customerservice@elenni.com.au within two days. Claims made outside this period cannot be accepted.

Insurance and Responsibility for Goods
All products leave our showroom or warehouse in perfect condition and are packed with great care to protect them during transport.
If the customer does not select or agree to transit insurance at checkout Elenni Store is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur while goods are in the possession of the carrier.
To protect both our customers and our products we offer the option to purchase additional carrier insurance. This insurance can cover replacement costs or claims that may arise due to damage or loss during transit.
If insurance is not selected responsibility for any transit related damage or loss rests with the customer and the carrier.

Delivery Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size weight and destination of the order. These costs will be presented to you at checkout.
