Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has cleared.

Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions specifications and images are accurate. However slight variations in colour texture and finish can occur. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the products selected are suitable for their intended purpose.

Orders and Availability
In the event a product becomes unavailable after purchase you will be contacted to arrange an alternative product or a refund. Special order and custom made items are subject to manufacturer lead times.

Returns and Cancellations

Installation
All products must be installed by licensed tradespeople in accordance with Australian Standards and Building Codes. Elenni Store is not responsible for damage or faults caused by incorrect installation.

Limitation of Liability
Elenni Store is not liable for any indirect incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or installation of our products. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the replacement repair or refund of the affected product.

All branding images and content on the Elenni Store website remain the property of Elenni Store and may not be reproduced without written permission.
