All warranty coverage for products purchased from us is provided directly by the manufacturer of that product. Each item carries its own warranty period and conditions which are determined by the brand and the specific product purchased.

Manufacturer Warranty
Every product sold by Elenni Store is supported by the manufacturer warranty that applies to that item. Warranty periods can vary from product to product and are set by the manufacturer. Customers should review the care instructions and warranty details provided with their purchase or contact us if this information is required.

Our Responsibility
Elenni Store will assist customers in lodging a warranty claim with the product manufacturer. Our role is to help guide and support you through the process. However the approval repair or replacement of any warranty claim is determined by the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Warranty Requirements
To ensure your warranty remains valid products must
Be installed by a licensed tradesperson
Be used and maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions
Not be modified altered or damaged through misuse
Not be installed incorrectly or against Australian Standards

Products must also be inspected prior to installation. Once installed products cannot be returned for defects that should have been identified before installation.

Claim Process
If you believe your product has a fault covered under the manufacturer warranty please contact us at customerservice@elenni.com.au with your order details description of the issue and supporting photos. We will forward your claim to the manufacturer for assessment.

Important Notes
The outcome of all warranty claims including repair replacement or refusal is determined by the manufacturer based on their warranty terms.
Elenni Store is not liable for costs associated with removing reinstalling or accessing the product.
Damage caused by incorrect installation lack of maintenance or general wear is not covered under warranty.
